Step 1: Choose your gifts
Start by deciding what you want to give and who will receive it. You can browse the shop, add products to your quote list, and send one request instead of filling separate forms for each item.
We offer three ways to order:

- Semi-customised: Choose a product and personalise selected elements with your branding.
- Custom curated: Tell us your brief, recipient group and budget per person. We build a gift pack or corporate kit around it.

Step 2: Share your logo and quantity
Once you have shortlisted products, share your logo and the quantity you need. This helps us check feasibility, suggest suitable options and prepare an accurate quote.
You can attach your logo file with your quote request in any of these formats:
- PNG
- JPG
- WebP
- AI
- EPS
The file can be up to 5 MB.
If you have an AI, EPS or PDF file, share that first. These are usually vector files. A vector file stores your logo as shapes and lines rather than pixels, so it can be scaled without becoming blurry. That usually gives a sharper result, especially for larger logo areas or detailed designs.
PNG files are also useful, particularly if your logo has a transparent background. JPG files can work, but they may not be ideal if the logo has fine text or small details. If you only have a low-resolution file, send what you have. We can review it and tell you whether it will work for your chosen product.

Step 3: Approve a preview
Before anything is produced or shipped, we share a design preview for your approval. Nothing ships before you approve it.
Check the preview carefully. This is the point where small corrections are easy to make.
Look at:
- Logo size: Is it clear and balanced on the product?
- Colours: Do the logo colours match your brand guidelines?
- Spelling: Check the company name, tagline, names and any dates.
- Placement: Confirm where the logo appears on the gift.
- Product details: Check the gift type, colour and quantity shown in the preview.
If something needs to change, tell us before approving. Once you approve the preview, we move ahead with the order.
Step 4: Delivery
After approval, we prepare your order for delivery.
Ready-to-ship items usually take 3 to 5 business days. Custom orders take a little longer because they are made to your brief. We keep you updated at each step, so you know where your order stands.
