A Bangalore tech company came to us for event gifts for 550 people. They had a budget of ₹2,500 per person and needed the kits delivered before their annual team event, so we built a custom curated kit, shared a design preview, and delivered the full order once they approved it.
This is how the order moved from first brief to doorstep. It follows the same process we use for every corporate kit: choose gifts, share your logo and quantity, approve a design preview, and receive delivery.
The brief
The client was a Bangalore-based tech company preparing for an internal annual event. They needed one gift kit for each of 550 attendees, with a budget of ₹2,500 per person and delivery before the event date.
Their brief was clear: useful gifts that felt coordinated, carried the company logo, and worked for a mixed group of employees. Because the quantity was large and the requirement was specific, we treated this as a custom curated order rather than a ready-to-ship order.
We started with the ₹1,000 per-person budget and the event deadline. Then we suggested a mix from our apparel, drinkware and gadgets categories, and shaped them into one kit that stayed within budget.
What we put in the kit, and why
The final kit included:
- A branded cotton T-shirt, chosen because it was wearable, comfortable for an event setting and gave the logo good visibility.
- A stainless steel drink bottle, chosen because it is practical for daily use and travels well between home, commute and desk.
- A compact wireless charging pad, chosen because it suited a tech audience and added a useful desk accessory to the kit.
- A chic box finish, chosen to hold the items together and make the kit easy to distribute at the event.
We kept the kit focused rather than adding several small, unrelated items. Each product had a clear everyday use, and the logo appeared consistently across the set without overpowering the design.

Branding and packaging
We customised the T-shirt, bottle and charging pad with the client’s logo. Before production, we shared a design preview showing the proposed logo placement and sizing on each item.
The client reviewed the preview and asked for one small adjustment to the logo placement on the bottle. We updated the preview, and they approved the revised design before we moved ahead. Nothing ships before approval, so this was the point where the order was finalised.
For packaging, we used a chic box. It kept the three items secure, looked neat on the event registration table, and made handover simple for the client’s admin team.
Preview and approval
Once the client shared their logo file and confirmed the quantity of 550, we prepared the design preview. They could see the branding on every item before giving the go-ahead.
The client approved the revised preview on 12 March. Only after that approval did we proceed with production and packing.
This step protects both sides. The client knows exactly what they will receive, and we have a clear sign-off before the order enters production.
Delivery
The kits were delivered on 24 March, ahead of the client’s event. Ready-to-ship items usually take 3 to 5 business days. Custom orders take a little longer, and we share updates at each step.
For this order, the timeline ran from the first brief on 28 February, to preview approval on 12 March, to delivery on 24 March.
Because the client had a fixed event date, we planned the order backwards from delivery. That left room for design approval, production, packing and dispatch without putting the event at risk.
What you can borrow for your own gifting
You do not need a 550-person order to use the same approach. These three steps will make your next corporate gifting round easier to plan and easier to get approved internally.
- Start with the budget per person. Decide whether you are working with under ₹500, ₹1,000, ₹2,000, ₹5,000, ₹10,000 or an executive-gift budget. This narrows the options quickly. Browse gifts under ₹500, under ₹1,000, under ₹2,000, under ₹5,000 or under ₹10,000.
- Pick one clear occasion and audience. An event kit for attendees needs different items from a welcome kit for new joiners or a thank-you gift for clients. Once the audience is clear, choose from apparel, backpacks and bags, drinkware or gadgets.
- Approve the design before production. Share your logo—PNG, JPG, WebP, PDF, AI or EPS, up to 5 MB—with your quote request. We will share a preview, and nothing ships before you approve it.
If your event is close, our ready-to-ship range is handpicked for last-minute needs and usually takes 3 to 5 business days. For a kit built around your brief, browse the shop and add your shortlist to a quote.
